REGULAR PITCH - £10
A regular pitch is located on our car park to the front of Astra Antiques Centre. These require you to bring your own tables and once set up you will need to move your vehicle to the main car park (3min walk).
VEHICLE PITCH - £10
Should you wish to set up with your vehicle with you, then we can get you a vehicle pitch, these are located in our yards. They still require you to bring your own tables, but you can keep your vehicle next to your stall.
MARKET STALLS - £20
The Market Stalls come with tables and chairs and are based in a prime central position in our yards and offer cover for both you and your items.

UPCOMING ANTIQUES FAIRS 2025
We hold x6 Antiques Fairs every year during the same week of the Arthur Swallows Home & Antiques Fair (asfairs) held at the Lincolnshire Showground and the Newark Antiques & Collectors Fair (iacf).
Our Antiques Fairs have grown in popularity and attract many different Dealers from the national Trade to local Antiques Centres. A large number of the Stall Holders at our Fairs also attend both Lincoln and Newark, our Antiques Fair Dates fall before both meaning at our Antiques Fairs you will find the Fresh Stock first.
At Astra Antiques Fairs you can find a whole mixture of Antiques and Collectables from small items to large reclamation pieces.
The location of Hemswell makes it the perfect place to hold an Antiques Fair, as we are only 10 minutes from the Lincolnshire Showground, 20 minutes from Lincoln Town Centre and just over 30 minutes from Newark.
If the Antiques Fair isn’t enough, then we are the largest building on site at Hemswell with a fabulous Decodence Café, so you can visit or stand at the Fair, have fantastic Coffee and Snacks and then visit our hugely popular Antiques Centre.
Our Antiques Fairs start at 8:00am are Free to Enter with Free Parking and from only £10 to Stand.
